HOAcrew
HOA Services by State

HOA services, state by state.

Available to communities nationwide. Bring your own vendors anywhere; our vetted network is growing market by market.

Pool care, landscaping, porter service, and amenity staffing for shared common area. Requirements differ by state — pick yours for the licensing authorities, pool rules, and seasonal realities that apply where your community is.

How HOAcrew works, wherever your community is

01

Map the common area

Automatic parcel mapping runs across most of the country. Where county data is thin, you draw your common area yourself in about a minute and the quote works exactly the same.

02

Credential the vendors

Invite the vendors you already use — that works anywhere in the US. Every vendor’s insurance and trade credentials are collected, verified, and stored with their expiry dates, and held to a stated renewal window — 30 days for insurance, none for a competency certification. Once that window closes, the vendor cannot bid for or be awarded new work until it is current again.

03

Review proposals, then run the work

Vendors submit proposals; your board reviews the proposal and the company, selects, and contracts. After that, visits, photos, invoices, and messages all live in one dashboard.

Find your state

Every state governs associations differently — which statute applies, who licenses your vendors, who regulates your pool. Start with yours.

Where it works, and who chooses

Do you have vendors near me?+
Two ways it works. Invite the vendors you already use — they get credentialed and onboarded here, anywhere in the US. And where our vetted network has reached, additional vetted vendors can submit proposals too. Our network is growing market by market, so bringing your own vendor is always the fastest path.

Who picks the vendor?+
You do. Vetted, insurance-checked vendors submit proposals; your board reads the proposal and the company side by side, puts the stack to a recorded board vote if it wants one, and contracts with the vendor it picked — on HOAcrew, with the decision on file.
