Satellite view of a Texas community: dark-roofed houses packed on a grid of streets with almost no tree cover, a small pool beside a clubhouse right of center, a block of open park with looping paths left of center, and a divided highway and bare graded building land along the upper edge.

For pool companies

A pool stop prices four ways: per stop or per month, chems in or chems out.

RFPs from communities near your yard land on your dashboard, at your own price, under your own name.

Community boundary, in white dashes. The green is an upper limit, never a measurement — a walkthrough can bring it down.

What it looks like from your side

What you read, and what you send back.

The RFP

A community writes what it wants done and how often, and every company on the list for that trade sees the same document. Nothing is routed to you and nothing is withheld from anyone else.

The ground it covers

The pool decks and water features on the community’s own grounds. It is drawn from parcel data rather than measured on site, so you can count the bodies of water a stop covers before you ever drive it.

Your proposal

Your own proposal, priced in per stop and per month, with chems in or chems out priced separately. You set the number, you keep your brand, and you invoice the community yourself when the work is done.

The people on the job keep their own names here too: techs on the route, a mechanic for repairs.

Before your first proposal

What we ask a pool company for.

  • General liability
  • Workers’ compensation
  • CPO certification

We read each certificate ourselves and record the date it expires.

The credential your trade issues

CPO, Certified Pool & Spa Operator, issued by PHTA. We record it with its expiration date.

What the community sees you produce

The per-visit service report with its readings, and the health department operating permit.

Chlorine and pH are required every visit because the health department sets that floor. A reading outside the normal band is recorded and flagged, never refused.
