What the consoles
do.

Two sides of one record. A community runs its own vendors and holds the evidence; a vendor bills for the work and files it from the field.

  • One page per console
  • Every claim traces to shipped code
  • No login to read any of it
For communities

Your community’s own record

One console, opened by board members and community managers alike.

Community dashboard

A satellite map of your common area, the visits filed against it, a ranked worklist of what needs a decision, and every vendor’s own invoice in one view.

Two sides, one record

Not two systems that sync

A board asks whether the work was done and what it cost. A crew asks which stop is next and when the invoice clears.

For vendors

The console the work runs on

Two of these open with your vendor login the day your company is approved. Two are part of HOAcrew+. Each row says which, first thing.

Invoicing

Opens on approval, with nothing further to buy. Write it against the community and the work, issue it under your own brand and numbering, send a reminder, record a payment. Tax and processing are their own lines.

Vendor dashboard

Opens on approval, with nothing further to buy. One ranked worklist of what needs you today, then the things waiting on somebody else. Every figure clicks through to the row behind it.

Employee app

Part of HOAcrew+, which is what lets you put an employee on the app; a run of employees is included with the term and every one above that is priced per employee. The day’s stops with the address, one tap to clock in and out, and the completion filed from the yard with photographs. Arrives October 2026; HOAcrew+ members get it first.

Request form for your website

Part of HOAcrew+ — the key that makes the form work is issued to subscribers. Two lines of HTML put a proposal request form on your own site. You list which addresses may carry it; anything else is refused.

Before you pick a door

This is the console, not a picture of one

Pick a trade — a pool company and a landscaping crew open different jobs, different documents and different money.

Pick a trade — each one is a different console

Frequent visits, each one a chemistry log. Free chlorine and pH are required every visit — a public pool has to record them daily, so the console asks before it lets you close the job.

You work one trade, so the board carries no service filters — every card here is your work. Completing one needs a photo of the finished job and this trade’s readings.

Both sides of the same record.

A community builds an RFP and picks from the proposals that come back. A vendor applies once and bills for the work they win.
