Both checks start the moment you record the visit and stop when the community accepts it. That window is where a visit can still owe you proof.
After approval
Three things your dashboard holds
Joining is free. Open RFPs appear once VendoRFP has read your W-9, business license and general liability certificate, and you can propose on them once your insurance is verified. Your invoice book and your credential file open the day you register.
Your invoice, with your name on it
You send your own invoice, under your own name and number. The community reads it on one screen with every other invoice it gets, and pays you on the payment details printed on it. Record the payment on your invoices page and the invoice closes.
One COI covers every company you are approved with
Uploaded once, verified, and watched for renewal.
Those three, the request form for your own site, and the app your employees work from all come with approval and cost nothing on top of it. So does your verified badge: the moment your insurance, your additional-insured endorsement, and your license are on file, buyers see them beside your price — free, on every account, forever. It does not verify your insurance or your license — a person reads those, and that is free. What a paid subscription buys instead is your own brand on every proposal in place of ours, and open tracking on what you send.
