Your console. Your invoice.
Your name on the work.
Open RFPs you can bid on, a ranked worklist of what needs you today, and invoices you issue under your own brand into the view your customer already reads.
Four trades, four different consoles
A pool route and a staffing roster are not the same job, so they are not the same screen. Pick yours.
Pick a trade — each one is a different console
Frequent visits, each one a chemistry log. Free chlorine and pH are required every visit — a public pool has to record them daily, so the console asks before it lets you close the job.

- Free chlorineRequired
- pHRequired
- Total alkalinityOptional
- Cyanuric acidOptional
- Water temperatureOptional
Chlorine and pH are required every visit — that is the health-department floor, not ours. A reading outside the normal band is filed and flagged, never refused.

Fewer, bigger jobs on a mowing cadence, plus seasonal treatments. Acreage serviced is required and gets checked against the netted common-area acreage the contract was priced on.

Trash, restrooms, breezeways and the pool deck — the same stops every morning, each one filed as it is done. Photos go on the ones that needed the work.

This round’s report
- Routes walkedRequired
- Trash bags collectedRequired
- Receptacles servicedOptional
- Bulk items removedOptional
- Issues reportedOptional
The deliverable is the walk, so the routes are the record. Bags collected is the single number a board asks about most — and anything you flag reaches them.

Posts and shifts rather than visits, billed on hours covered. Offering certified lifeguards is a gated endorsement, and a lifeguard post asks for extra readings on top of the staffing report.

This shift’s report
- Hours coveredRequired
- Positions coveredRequired
- Peak headcount on siteOptional
- Attendance checksOptional
- IncidentsOptional
Staffing is billed on hours covered, so an unrecorded hour is an unbillable one. Incidents stay optional — requiring the field would only teach crews to type "none".
Lifeguard post
- Certified lifeguards on dutyRequired
- Rescues / assistsOptional
A work order naming a lifeguard asks for these on top of the shift report. The count on the stand is what proves the credential after the fact.

Two checks, because they fail separately
A filed visit is not finished if the evidence a community asks for three weeks later is missing. Switch each one on.

What is on the record
This visit is on your worklist: no photo of the finished work and 2 readings missing.
- Photo of the finished work
- 2 required readings
Both checks are run only on visits already filed. One still in progress cannot owe proof, and one the community has accepted does not need chasing.
What opens, and what it opens onto
Applying is free. Approval opens the board, the console and the invoice book on the same day.
- The whole RFP board
Approval puts every open request in front of you and carries your first 5 RFP openings, each one written in the Proposal Studio. Opening an RFP reveals which community it is and what they are asking for, and that is the moment one is spent — whether or not you bid. Communities read them and choose; nobody ranks you.
- Your invoice, under your name
You issue your own invoice, under your own brand and numbering, on standardized terms. It lands in the community’s consolidated view on HOAcrew, they pay your company on the remittance details it prints, and the payment is recorded against it there.
- One compliance record, many customers
Your insurance and trade credentials are verified once and held to a renewal window, so you are not re-sending the same certificate to every community that asks.
- Further, and without the ceiling
HOAcrew+ makes proposals unlimited on every management company you are approved for, and opens bidding at any distance from your yards rather than inside their travel radius.
A field login sees the work, not the receivables
Your technician and your office share a company record. The difference is absence rather than a locked tile.

The dispatch rate
A field login shares a company record with the account holder, so the database returns the same rows. What separates them is the audience check — and where it says no, nothing renders at all.
One list beats four tiles.
Applying is free. The console, the invoice book and the compliance record all open on the day you are approved.
