After you join, you fill in a short checklist: company and contact, EIN, business registration, business type, insurance and your W-9. Here is what each one means, with the official page to go to.

You can read this before you apply, or keep it open while you fill the checklist in. Nothing here is a form, and nothing on it gets sent anywhere.

To be approved on the platform, these documents have to be on file and verified:
